There are two kinds of church members—those who carry the church, and those whom the church is forced to carry. Of which kind are you, dear reader?
Some members of the church act as though they thought the church a hospital. They expect to be nursed and petted, and to sit idly by while others carry the responsibilities and labors that go with keeping up a church. To act like an invalid when you are not is to impose upon others.
