Under clear skies, wind from the northeast at four mph, with the temperature at 73 degrees.

"And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter." (Acts 17:32)

Things have not changed much through the years as this message of the resurrection was preached some two thousand years ago. As we preach the gospel of Jesus Christ today, there are still those that will mock you, that does not and will not believe that there is a resurrection of the dead. Yet thanks be unto God that there will be those that as they hear will be touched, will be pricked in the heart and the Spirit of God will testify to their spirit that a truth has been proclaimed and will want to hear more of the matter. There will always be those that when they hear the gospel preached will hear the words with a closed mind. Their minds are overloaded with their own way of thinking that there is no room for anything else. I have heard this expression through the years; "It takes a fool not to ever change his or her mind." Sometimes the truth comes across with so much power that it is hard to deny.
