Under cloudy skies, wind from the south at ten mph, ten percent chance of showers, with the temperature at sixty-three degrees.

"Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God: And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men." (Colossians 3:22-23)

I think that most of us have had to work in the public for wages to earn our pay. Sometimes the conditions are not what we think they ought to be. Maybe we think we deserve more than we are getting, maybe we just like to complain, so we think we deserve the right to just goof off. Most of us promise when we go to work for someone we discussed our wages and agreed on a certain hourly wage or salary, yet we see those that like to butter up the boss. I think they call that sucking up now days, but the point is that we ought to give a days work for a days pay without out trying to be menpleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God: As we do our work heartily we ought to act as we are doing it unto the Lord because this is right.
