4 1/2 cups flour (1 Kings 4:22)
1 cup Milk (Judges 5:25)
1 cup Butter (Psalm 23:5)
2 cups Sugar (Jeremiah 6:20)
2 tbsp. Honey (1 Samuel 14:25)
2 cups Figs, chopped (Nahum 3:12)
2 cups Almonds, chopped (Numbers 17:8)
2 tsp Baking Powder (Amos 4:5)
2 tsp Baking Soda (1 Corinthians 5:6)
2 tsp Salt (Leviticus 2:13)
6 Eggs (Jeremiah 17:11)
Season to taste with spices (2 Chronicles 9:9)
Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Cream butter, sugar, and honey. gradually add eggs one at a time, beating well. Combine with dry ingredients. Blend well. Add fruits and nuts, mixing well. Line 2 loaf pans with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
